COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about custom work, printing, licensing, payments, and project previews.
What kinds of items do you print?
Custom gifts, cheer and team items, trophies and awards, functional prints, seasonal décor, toys and trinkets, military-inspired pieces, personalized items, and other projects that fit our equipment and capabilities.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes. Use the Custom Orders page and give us as much detail as you can. We will review the request and follow up before production.
Can I see my custom design before it is printed?
Yes! For qualifying custom projects, we can provide a private, interactive 3D preview. You can rotate your design, examine it from different angles, and provide feedback before approving it for production.
Do you support independent creators and licensed designs?
Absolutely. We support the creators whose work helps make this community possible. When we sell prints from another creator’s design, we credit the creator where appropriate and maintain the commercial license or other permission required to sell that work.
Can you print copyrighted or trademarked characters and logos?
We only sell work we are permitted to produce. Customer-supplied logos, licensed designs, and other protected material may require proof of permission or a suitable commercial license.
Do you offer multi-color prints?
Yes. Many of our projects use multiple filament colors. Final appearance depends on the selected material, printer, design, and available colors.
How do I pay?
Once your order details and pricing are confirmed, we will direct you to our payment information page. We currently accept Venmo and Zelle. Payments are confirmed manually before we proceed with your order.
Do you ship or offer local pickup?
Availability depends on the project and current operating setup. We will confirm pickup or shipping details with the quote.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround varies by design time, print duration, quantity, finishing, current queue, and any revision cycle. Tell us about a firm event date when submitting your request.
